A dedication to superior craftsmanship and integrity on the job runs through every aspect of what we do.
Paul Kesselring founded Kesselring in 1976 when he discovered a large demand for the restoration of buildings in southwest Florida. Condominium complexes were aging and in need of various types of repair, including concrete removal and replacement, stucco, carpentry, window and door replacement, waterproofing and painting. He addressed this special construction niche and built a successful business. Paul remained President until his death in April 2002.
After a couple of difficult years, at the request of the estate in 2004, a group of outside investors provided new working capital and experienced construction consultants. The goal was to transform Kesselring through expansion and diversification. In 2005, backlogged work was completed and revenues in the core restoration business almost doubled. To diversify overall business capabilities, the company added a division that specializes in remodeling, low-rise commercial reconstruction, build-out, and major renovation. Kesselring has been transformed into a company whose future was in doubt into a thriving enterprise that has demonstrated consistent growth.
